A Year in Review: 2024 at the Experience Design Studio

As 2024 comes to a close, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on another successful year at the Experience Design Studio and share key highlights, as we've continued our maturation as a digital agency and have expanded our offering, evolved our process, and took on some new challenges.

This year has been one of growth, creativity, and impact. Here’s a quick look at what we’ve achieved.

 

Expanded the XDS Offering

With a client roster and a service offering that has grown more varied than our core life sciences focus, we expanded our XDS offering into two key areas:

  • XDS Health: Specializing in the life sciences industry, XDS Health combines our expertise in full-stack marketing with an exclusive focus on healthcare, biotech, medical device, and pharma. As part of our solutions, we offer go-to-market plans, branding, digital marketing, paid media, web development, design, social media, and public relations.
  • The Experience Design Studio will continue to focus on our core offering of digital experiences that are engaging and effective by looking at the complete customer experience, while applying to brands across the entire spectrum, from retail and finance to construction, education, golf, legal and more.

 

Exciting Projects

From branding to digital marketing campaigns, we collaborated with amazing brands to create experiences that resonate and drive results.

  • Arcus Clinical Trials. For long tenured client Arcus Biosciences, we undertook and executed on migrating and redesigning their Clinical Trials Hub, at trials.arcusbio.com. The updated website combines an optimized user experience, a focused pre-screener, and a fresh look to bring Arcus' clinical trials to patients.
  • Iantrek Medical. We’ve been proud to partner with Iantrek Medical to elevate their brand presence and showcase their groundbreaking medical technologies. From crafting a compelling brand strategy and user-friendly website to supporting key product launches with tailored creative assets, we’ve helped position Iantrek as a leader in their field. It’s been a privilege to contribute to their mission of advancing medical innovation.
  • Aidoc. As a leader in AI-powered healthcare solutions, we’ve helped Aidoc optimize their SEO presence and SEM via ad, blog and keyword optimization, backlinking, and more.
  • Lykos Therapeutics. We partnered with the innovative company, dedicated to pioneering new treatments for mental health, to create and unveil their newly revamped website.
  • Delta Dental. We worked closely with Delta Dental of Arizona to redesign their newly optimized and visually engaging blog, which is slated to launch in early 2025. The new website seamlessly blends Delta Dental’s corporate branding with the existing blog brand identity. As part of the effort, we migrated over 600 blog posts, cleaned up and optimized SEO, all while instilling an updated content hierarchy and a fresh design.
  • Revelle Aesthetics. We partnered with Revelle Aesthetics, a company focused on innovating smart solutions that address the root causes of women's most bothersome aesthetic concerns, to elevate their paid media strategies, improving brand visibility, digital engagement, and Provider Search conversions. Our work included restructuring Google campaigns, building and quality-assuring Meta campaigns, redefining KPIs, and providing precise estimations and reporting. These efforts resulted in optimized performance metrics, ensuring Revelle’s digital marketing initiatives were both effective and aligned with their business goals

 

New Tools and Innovations

We aggressively adopted AI, new marketing platforms, and new analytics tools to elevate the work we deliver, ensuring our clients stay ahead in a rapidly changing landscape.

  • AI: With AI continuing to weave its way into the mainstream, our teams embraced various tools and solutions to better serve our clients throughout the year. From ChatGPT and custom GPTs to mid-journey and Co-Pilot, we elevated the work we deliver, ensuring our clients are able to leverage our optimized workflow, services, and cost-savings.
  • DOMO: We became a DOMO partner this year, leveraging the robust platform’s array of data and analytics integration and reporting for our clients.
  • Marketo: Expanding our CRM platform expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce, we continued and evolved our work with the Marketo platform, delivering a variety of solutions from clients, from configuring and setting up the platform to creating bespoke workflows, lists and reports.

 

 

Looking Ahead to 2025

 Next year promises to be even more exciting. Here’s a glimpse of what’s on the horizon:
 
  • New Service Offerings: As we continue to expand our service offerings, we will be looking to launch our new branding arm. As a forward-thinking brand and content studio, we specialize in creating powerful identities and compelling narratives that resonate, inspire, and endure. The service offering will embody our philosophy of laying the groundwork for brands to thrive. Whether it’s developing a visual identity, creating engaging content, or shaping a cohesive strategy, we dig deep to uncover the core of your brand and transform it into something extraordinary.
  • Continued Growth: We’ll be continuing to expand into new industries, while retaining our life science focus, and continuing to push the boundaries of what’s possible in experience design.
  • Commitment to Your Success: We’re refining our processes to deliver even more value, creativity, and measurable impact for every project, continuing our investment in AI and the surrounding ecosystem.
